Oh, last night I made this pumpkin risotto thing. We still had some leftover in the freezer since Thanksgiving.

Risotto. You know, cheesy Italian rice stuff.

Sounds like oatmeal. Italian oatmeal.

Pretty much, yeah. But you generally eat it for dinner, not breakfast.
