Being a rebellious teenager, I guess. I think it's written into some code that brothers have to be annoying little idiots no matter what.

It's just the first kind of... scenario, I guess, that I thought of. Usually older brothers pick on younger brothers. It doesn't have to be that way, though. My little brother's a pain in the ass, for example.
